Super Eagles midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru may be available for transfer in the January window, reports BSNSports.com.ng.
As noted in the latest edition of Corriere dello Sport, Lazio is considering selling five players to facilitate new signings in January.
The players reportedly on the chopping block include Mandas, Tavares, Belahyane, Dele-Bashiru, and Noslin, whose futures at the club appear uncertain.
Belahyane, who was acquired during the winter transfer window, has struggled to impress coach Maurizio Sarri, resulting in limited playing time.
He hasn't featured in the last four games, having spent those matches on the bench, even in light of the injuries affecting Lazio's midfield.
In contrast, Dele-Bashiru's situation differs significantly. He started the first four matchdays but was excluded from the squad due to an injury sustained during the derby.
Although his performancbeforeto the injury was lackluster, it is evident that he has improved under coach Baroni, boasting 29 appearances and five goals.
Dele-Bashiru is now focused on recovering from his injury and aims to earn a call-up to the Nigerian national team for the Africa Cup of Nations.
