Leo To Eguavoen: Awoniyi Should Have Stayed At Union Berlin For One More Season

Founder of RESULT Sports, Mario Leo is of the opinion that Nigerian striker, Taiwo Awoniyi should have stayed with German Bundesliga side, Union Berlin for one or two more seasons, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

Awoniyi, who scored 20 goals in 43 games across all competitions, and helped Union Berlin secure a fifth-place finish and qualification for the UEFA Europa League for the first time since 2001-02, sign for Nottingham Forest for a club record fee.
