Lobi Stars Youth Team Gets Technical Crew

Nigeria Premier Football League side, Lobi Stars has constituted a Technical Crew that will be in charge of the club's youth team, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lobi Stars, Dominic Iorfa announced that the technical crew will lead the youth team to the upcoming NPFL Youth Competition. 

According to Iorfa, Emmanuel Jekelle will serve as the Director while Japheth Agaadi is Head Coach.

Ameh Yusuf and Benjamin Jacobs will serve as Assistant Coaches while Terfa Abaya is the Physical Trainer. Jijir Ahungwa is the Goalkeeper Trainer.

The competition which is scheduled to commence on February 1st, 2024 with all the 20 NPFL teams youth clubs taking part, has Lobi Stars under 17 team zoned alongside Kwara United, Niger Tornadoes, and Plateau United, with the venue in Lafia, Nasarawa state.

The competition is aimed at selecting one team from each group across the country who would compete at the playoff stage. The best team will represent Nigeria at the LaLiga tournament in Spain.
