Nigeria’s Super Eagles winger, Ademola Lookman, has expressed mixed emotions following Atlético Madrid’s disappointing result against Real Betis on Sunday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian international admitted his disappointment with the outcome of the encounter but remained positive about the team’s outlook going forward.

 “Not the result we wanted, but we stay positive,” Lookman said after the game.

Despite the setback, the former Atalanta star revealed his excitement at making his debut appearance at the iconic Wanda Metropolitano Stadium, describing the moment as a special one in his career.

“Very special moment making my debut in the Metropolitano. Aupa Atleti,” he added.

Lookman will be hoping to build on his debut performance as Atlético Madrid push for better results in their upcoming fixtures.
