Maduka Okoye Joins Udinese On 4-Year Deal

Nigeria's Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has finally secured a move to the Italian Serie A side Udinese on a 4-year deal, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The young goalkeeper had a season to forget with the English Championship club Watford FC after he failed to appear in the league, except a cup games.

Okoye joined the Hornets during the winter transfer window of 2022 from the Dutch side Sparta Rotterdam but he was unable to dislodge Bachmann.

Udinese which is a sister club to Watford announced Okoye via its social media handle with the inscription" Welcome Maduka Okoye" and also posted his picture.

Udinese (Italy), Watford FC (England), and Granada (Spain) have the same owner.
