Majin Hails Tornadoes' Heroics Over Ikorodu City In Six-Goal Thriller

Technical Adviser of Niger Tornadoes, Majin Mohammed has hailed the heroic performance of his team against Ikorodu City FC, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The spectators at the Bako Kontagora Stadium in Minna were treated to a thrilling afternoon of goal-scoring spectacle during the NPFL MatchDay 5 encounter between Niger Tornadoes and Ikorodu City.
The Ikon Allah Boys went on a rampage, registering three goals within the opening 16 minutes of play.
Ismaila Sarki opened the scoring just two minutes in, reacting quickly to Clinton Jephta's ball with a clever backflip effort to find the net.
Abba Khalid doubled the lead in the 14th minute, capitalizing on a pass from Abdulazeez Dalhatu to score and further cement the hosts' dominance.
The hosts' third goal was a testament to their cohesive teamwork.
Dabai initiated the move, feeding Abba Khalid, who then delivered a precise pass to Abdulazeez, and he finished it off with brilliance, making it 3-0 within just 16 minutes.
The Ikon Allah Boys went into halftime with a comfortable three-goal cushion.
The visitors came out strong in the second half, and their intensity paid off just three minutes into the restart when Musa Maliq scored, reducing the deficit to 3-1.
Ismaila Sarki's pinpoint pass found Abdulrasheed Dabai, who nutmegged his markers with ease before coolly sliding the ball into the net, sending the stadium into raptures and sealing the fourth goal for the hosts.
The match ended with a penalty awarded for a foul on an opponent by Abba Khalid inside the box, and Tosin Oyedokun coolly converted the spot-kick to score the last goal of the encounter.
Mohammed commended his players for the spectacular performance in dismantling the visitors, showered praises on the fans and supporters who came from far and near for their unalloyed support and further assured that the team will keep improving game after game.
