Mali Football Federation Confirms 28 Applications For Head Coach Position

The Mali Football Federation has confirmed that 28 coaches have applied for the vacant position of head coach of the national team, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Eagles have been without a permanent manager since the departure of Eric Chelle, who left to take over the Nigerian national team job.

According to the federation, the review process for all applications is currently ongoing as officials continue the search for a new coach to lead the national side.

Mali are expected to appoint a new manager ahead of their upcoming international engagements as the federation looks to maintain the team’s recent progress on the continental stage.
