Match Officials Appointed For 2025 NWFL Championship Revealed

The Nigeria Football Federation Referees Committee has revealed the match officials appointed for the 2025 Nigeria Women League Championship competition scheduled to begin on 13th September, 2025, BSNSports.com.mg reports. 

This was contained in the match appointments letter signed by the Secretary of the NFF Referees Committee, Ameenu Mohammed.

The competition has been scheduled to hold in Umuahia and Abiriba, in Abia State. 

The centre referees include; Rachel Onyekwere, Chisom Dominion Kalu, Aminat Aliyu, Peace Ogbonna, Ejiro Diana James.

They will be joined by hosts referees; Okezie Tochi and Milicent Chioma Ejike while the male category are; Emmanuel Otuka, Micheal Eke, Dennis Umunnakwe and Chibuzor Azubine. 

The Assistant Referees listed are; Abigail Audu, Olive Njoku, Gloria Chisom, Lilian Munonye, Vero Ikhifa and Ashade Senami.

Other assistants are; Stella Otta, Ijeoma Onwugbufor, Emmanuel Chukwu, Mattew Knowledge and Jumbo Enyinnaya. 

Meanwhile, coordinator of the referees is Rtd FIFA Peter Edibe, and will be assisted by the Secretary of Abia State Referees' Council, Ihenacho Chukwuemeka.
