A thrilling Moroccan derby between Olympique de Safi and Wydad Casablanca will headline the quarter-finals of the 2025/26 CAF Confederation Cup, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Olympique de Safi will host the first leg in what promises to be a fiercely contested encounter between two familiar rivals, guaranteeing Morocco a representative in the semi-finals.

Egyptian powerhouse Zamalek SC will begin their campaign on the road against Congolese side AS Otoho in the opening leg of their tie.

Elsewhere, Al Masry are set to host Algeria’s CR Belouizdad, while AS Maniema Union of the Democratic Republic of Congo will welcome fellow Algerian side USM Alger in their first-leg fixture.

The quarter-final first legs are scheduled for March 13–15, with the return legs billed for March 20–22. The draw also determined the semi-final pathway.

The winner between AS Maniema Union and USM Alger will host the first leg of the semi-final against the victor of the clash between Olympique de Safi and Wydad Casablanca.

In the other semi-final, the winner of Al Masry versus CR Belouizdad will enjoy home advantage in the first leg against either AS Otoho or Zamalek SC.

The semi-finals will take place from April 10–12 (first leg) and April 17–19 (second leg).

The team that advances from the designated semi-final bracket will host the first leg of the final on May 9, with the decisive second leg scheduled for May 16.
