Morocco 2024: Super Falcons Land In Praia ahead of Cape Verde Clash

Players and officials of the Super Falcons have arrived Praia where they will face Cape Verde at Santiago-Estadio Nacional Blue Shark on Tuesday, 5th December for the second leg of the 2024 Women Africa Cup of Nations final qualifiers, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

All 25 players and officials were part of the contingent to Praia as they settled ahead of their clash against Cape Verde.

The Super Falcons go into the return leg with a huge advantage after they completely outmanoeuvred their counterparts from Cape Verde to hit five goals in the first leg of the qualifiers in Abuja on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Liberian Sylvina Welma Garnett will be the referee with her compatriot Hannah Moses as assistant referee 1. Sierra Leoneans Precious Amara and Humu Marah will be assistant referee 2 and fourth official respectively, while Oumou Souleymane Kane from Mauritania will serve as commissioner and Fadouma Dia from Senegal will be in the role of referee assessor.

The 13th edition of Africa’s flagship women football championship will be staged in Morocco in July next year.
