Musso: Lookman's 'Crazy' At Atletico Madrid

Atletico Madrid shots stopper Juan Musso has shared his joy seeing in his best form, in Thursday night Copa De Rey showing against Barcelona at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

Atletico pummeled Barcelona 4-0 in first half, with Lookman scoring one and providing an assist, making in total, a four goal contributions for Atlético Madrid in just three games, starting all three.

Musso shared his delight for his former Atalanta teammate: "I love that Ademola Lookman is here. I know him as a person; his family, his humility, his work ethic. He helped me win the Europa League; he scored three goals in the final, he’s crazy. Having him here is a huge joy, above all because of the person he is."

Lookman, after being substituted in the second half, was nervously smiling as he applauds the fans. He's only been in Spain for around a week and has already made an instant impact.

However, Diego Simeone has thanked Julian Alvarez on his assist to the Nigerian.

 "Julian Alvarez's assist to Lookman was fantastic. Julian also has the goal, and thank God it’s back. I’m sure he’ll clear the way for everything that’s coming."

Simeone, asked if he imagined a match like that against Barcelona. "I’m not a fortune teller, but I have faith in the team, in what we do, in our people. I felt the team could play a match like this. That’s why we tried to shake things up with the line-up."
