(BOB) Oluwole faces off against Mary Ochehulunu Godspower for the position of Financial Secretary.

However, unopposed candidates must meet a constitutional requirement: they need to secure at least 75% of the total votes cast to be declared winners, as stipulated in Article 4 (II) of the Electoral Guidelines.
Chairman Abimbola emphasized that all candidates must have fully complied with the nomination process, which includes submitting the required documents and receiving clearance from the National Executive Committee (NEC) to be eligible.
He outlined the voting procedures as follows: - For contested positions, the candidate with the highest number of votes will be declared the winner. -
For unopposed candidates, a two-thirds (75%) majority vote is necessary for victory. Candidates are also required to submit the names of their agents by 6:00 PM on Friday, June 13.
Agents must be bona fide members of the Association. Meanwhile, the National Executive Committee of the NFCA has sanctioned the FCT Chapter election.
In an approval letter dated June 5 and signed by National Secretary Stanley Eguma, the NEC confirmed that all electoral procedures have been reviewed and approved.
However, the national body issued a stern warning against submitting false information, stating that any such act would result in instant disqualification on election day.
Dr. Gwadale Ibrahim, Assistant Training Officer from Kano State, has been appointed as the National Delegate and official observer for the election on behalf of the NEC.
As the election approaches, stakeholders anticipate a peaceful, fair, and transparent process that will produce a leadership team capable of advancing the growth and professionalism of football coaching in the FCT.
