NFF BAYELSA CASE: Judge Gives NFF Another Chance To Clear Mess

The Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa presided over by Hon. Justice Isa Dashen has admonished parties to explore the window provided by the court to resolve their differences and report back to the court on April 26, 2022.


Parties were represented by their counsels in Tuesday’s proceedings. Peter Great for the plaintiff, Seigha Obiene retired Footballer and official of Nembe City FC, Kayode Adeyinka (Mustapha & Co) for the respondents Amaju Pinnick, Nigeria Football Federation, and six others.


While Benjamin Ogbara stood in for parties seeking to be joined Adama Yahaya and Harrison Jalla.


The matter was further adjourned to April 26, 2022, for ruling on the application for joinder, report of settlement/hearing.
