NFF List Criteria For Vacant Flying Eagles Coaching Job

The Nigeria Football Federation has listed the criteria for applications from suitably qualified candidates for the vacant position of the Coach of U20 Men's National Team, otherwise known as Flying Eagles, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The NFF had called for applications from all Nigerian coaches, including those working in the diaspora for the vacant role. 

According to the NFF, the applications will close at midnight of Sunday, 4th August 2024, with a successful candidate to be named after a thorough screening process.

The criteria includes, "the Coach must be a Nigerian including those in Diaspora. The Coach must possess at least a CAF B License.

"The Coach must have been coaching in the last five (5) years. The Coach must be conversant with the Nigerian leagues. The Coach should possess strong leadership qualities. The Coach must be able to communicate efficiently in English.

"The Coach must be upright and transparent in the discharge of his duties. The Coach must be ready and willing to work with the Technical Department and the Technical Committee.

"The Coach must have achieved a considerable level of success in coaching in the last three (3) years. The Coach must be ready to work cordially with the leadership of the Federation.

"Application must be received by the office of the General Secretary latest by 6pm on Sunday, August 4, 2024."
