NNL: Aluo Commends Abakaliki FC, Madiba FC, Assures Of Quality Football

The chairman of the Nigeria National League, George Aluo, has heaped praises on Abakaliki FC and Madiba FC for their impressive performance on the opening day of the league, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Both sides played the opening game of the season on Saturday and it ended in a 2-2 draw.

Aluo praised both sides for their quality display and expect other clubs in the league to follow suit.

 "It’s equally important that I commend both Abakaliki FC and Madiba FC for the good football artistry they displayed in the season opener in Abakaliki,” Aluo told NNL media.

“We hope to see more quality football this season.” The remaining clubs are expected to be in action this weekend across venues around the country.
