NNL: Dakkada FC Declares Star Player AWOL

Nigeria National League club Dakkada FC has officially declared player Wisdom Tom as Absent Without Official Leave (AWOL), BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Uyo-based club made the announcement in a statement released on Tuesday morning.

"Dakkada FC has declared Wisdom Tom missing, as he was last seen on Monday, December 23, 2024," the statement read. "Tom remains under contract until the conclusion of the 2024/2025 Nigeria National League (NNL) season and had participated in the first three matches of the current season for Dakkada FC."

The club also issued a warning to other teams, cautioning them against engaging in any football-related transactions with Tom, stating that such actions would be considered as double registration.
