NNL: Jigawa Golden Stars Take Mailantarki Care FC Spot

Barely 3 weeks to the start of the 2024/2025 Nigeria National League season, it is now certain that Jigawa Golden Stars will play in the league, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Until Saturday, it was not certain where the Jigawa-based side will campaign as they continue to consult and hope for a spot in the NNL.

The club board finally secured the spot of the Mailantarki Care FC in the NNL.

It means that Jigawa Golden Stars will campaign in the second-tier league while Mailantarki Care FC dropped to the Nationwide League One.
