NNL: Yobe Desert Stars Sack Entire Technical Crew After Poor Season

Yobe Desert Stars have dissolved their entire technical crew following a disappointing campaign in the 2024/2025 Nigeria National League season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Despite a promising start, the team struggled as the season progressed and ultimately failed to secure promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League.

In addition to the shake-up in the technical department, the club’s board has terminated the contracts of both the team captain and the first-choice goalkeeper.

While the club secretary and media officer were retained, 20 players have been placed on the transfer list as part of a major overhaul.
