NNL 25: Gombe United Unveils Former NPFL Star, Others Ahead Of Second Stanza

Gombe United Football Club has announced the addition of new players to strengthen their squad ahead of the second stanza of the 2024/2025 NNL season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
A statement by Shuaibu Muhammad Angazy, Head of Media and Communications states that the signings align with their commitment to compete and fight for promotion back to the NPFL.
The newly acquired players and their former clubs are as follows: Bidemi Owoko Samuel (Bendel Insurance); Abdullahi Muhammed Yayo (Zamfara United FC); Umar Musa Laduwa (Sokoto United FC); Daka Peter (Zamfara United FC); Abraham Audu (El-KanemiWarriors).
"In addition to these strategic signings, we are proud to announce the promotion of three talented players from our academy system. This move reflects our dedication to nurturing young talents and integrating them into the senior team. The promoted players are: "Bello Muhammad Alhajiyel, Waleed Abdullahi Jika, and Abdulrazak Muhammad. We believe that these additions will significantly bolster our squad and contribute to what we are trying to achieve this season.
