NNL Round-Up: Kun Khalifat Edge Closer To Playoffs As Wikki Tourists, Barau Qualify

High-flying Kun Khalifat FC are edging closer to the 2025 Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 8 Playoffs after securing a vital away point, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Pride of Imo State, under the tutelage of Obinna Uzoho, held Sporting Lagos to a goalless draw at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, in the Southern Conference B.
With the result, the Pride of Imo State only needs to beat Rovers FC of Calabar in their next home game to qualify for the Super 8 playoffs.
Osun United, who are second in the Southern Conference B, defeated Madiba FC by a lone goal and will face off with Abakaliki FC in their next game away from home.
In the Southern Conference A, Warri Wolves lead the log with 30 points, three points ahead of second-placed Smart City FC.
The Seasiders picked up a valuable point off Smart City to maintain their grip on the table and will take on Abia Comets in their next home game.
Wikki Tourists and Barau FC confirmed their places in the Super 8 playoffs from the Northern Conference C after finishing first and second, respectively, in their group.
They will join Doma United and Yobe Desert Stars, who had earlier qualified.
The four teams have sealed their qualification to the Nigeria National League Super 8 Playoffs.
