NPFL: "We Can Still Catch Up With League Leaders" - Rangers Coach

Sampson Adedeji

Head Coach of the Rangers International of Enugu, Abdu Maikaba , has insisted that they can still catch up with the two leading teams Rivers United and Plateau United before the end of the season, BSNsports.com.ng can report.

The Flying Antelopes on Sunday in Lagos held MFM FC to a goalless draw on the matchday 26 of the league

While reacting to the game, Maikaba acknowledged that the Olukoya Boys came out to fight but their objective remained to get something from the game.

" It's a good result for us taking into consideration that our opponents are desperate to get the 3 points so they can get out of the relegation water but at the same time, we want the 3points to make our aspirations a reality.

I'm happy we managed to get this one point despite the nature of the field.

"Today, MFM came out to fight to escape relegation but from our side, we need something out of this game.

One point is a good addition for us and I believe that with the 12 games to go we have a very good chance to catch up," he said.
