NPFL: Akwa United Victory Against Lobi Stars Threat To Sporting Lagos- Biffo

The Head Coach of Sporting Lagos Abdullahi Biffo has admitted that Akwa United's away win last weekend is a big threat to them, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Lagos-based side is struggling to survive relegation just like Akwa United, but they suffered a massive 4-1 defeat while Akwa won 2-1 against Lobi Stars in Lafia.

While reacting to the game, Biffo said losing the game was a thing to worry about but they will keep fighting.

" Losing this match is something to worry about, I know we are going to lose ground and every team below us is fighting seriously.

I saw Akwa United go to Lobi Stars and got a win, that's a threat to us.

"Nevertheless, it's not over, we still have 5 more matches to play, we have to put our heads together and be positive.

" We have to keep fighting until the last day and we will keep pushing until we get it right", he said.
