Warri Wolves have confirmed the return of their head coach, Napoleon Aluma, to the technical bench after nearly two months away, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Aluma was suspended in September by the Delta Sports Commission following the club’s disappointing start to the season. At the time, the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) raised concerns over the decision, questioning the basis of the suspension.

In his absence, assistant coach Jonny Austin handled the team on an interim basis. However, a poor run of recent results one draw and two defeats in their last three league games prompted the club’s management to recall Aluma.

The tactician previously guided Warri Wolves to promotion from the lower division and is now expected to stabilise the Seasiders' campaign.

Warri Wolves are scheduled to host Nasarawa United this weekend in Ozoro, where Aluma will mark his official return to the dugout.
