NPFL: Die-Hard Fan Gifts Gombe United Training Jerseys

Gombe United supporter, Abubakar Mohammed Hassan, who also is the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of indigenous sports kits firm, Best Sportswear has donated 40 sets of training jerseys to the club, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

Handing over the jerseys to the General Manager of Gombe United, Abubakar Abubakar Yellow, Hassan a die-hard supporter of the club, said the gesture is part of his little contribution to the Savannah Scorpions.

He promised to continue to get behind the club and prayed for a hitch-free and successful outing for the team this season.

Abubakar, while receiving the training wears, commended Hassan for the gesture and pledged to patronize his products.

" I want to on behalf of the management of the club, technical crew and the players thank you for your benevolence. This is a clear indication of your love for the club and we pray to have more people like you who have the zeal and passion to support the club."

" Our part, we will reciprocate the gesture by patronizing your products. We appreciate the gesture," he concluded.

Gombe United will kick off its campaign in the abridged Nigeria Premier Football League with a trip to Ibadan as they battle Kwara United for the three points at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Oyo State.
