Enyimba International head coach, Stanley Eguma, has voiced his frustration over the officiating in their 1-1 draw against Bayelsa United, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Speaking after the match, Eguma expressed disappointment, emphasizing the team's hard work and preparation, which ultimately did not yield the desired three points.

He particularly criticized the referee's decisions, pointing out two penalty calls that were ignored.

"I’m really disappointed because we put in a lot of effort and planned to win this game."

"But football can be unpredictable—you prepare, and sometimes the outcome is different."

"We dominated the first half, created chances, and converted one. They also had an opportunity and took it."

"The biggest issue was the two penalty appeals that should have been awarded. It’s frustrating."

"I won’t say too much to avoid any sanctions," he concluded.
