NPFL: Government Dissolves Nasarawa United Board Ahead New Season

Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi Sule, on Tuesday dissolved the Dr. Othman Ahmed Ibrahim-led Management of the State-owned men's football club, Nasarawa United, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Deputy Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Agbadu Akabe, on behalf of his principal, made the pronouncement after meeting with the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Jafaru Ango; Permanent Secretary, Isaac Danladi, and SSA to Governor Abdullahi Sule on Sports Affairs, Comrade Hamza Ibrahim Moyi, alongside Management Members of the Club at his temporary office in Lafia, the State Capital. 

Nee board will be announced before the commencement of new season in August, 2024.

Nasarawa United picked promotion ticket from the Nigeria National League and will be among the 20 teams that will participate in the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League.
