NPFL: Ideye Targets Continental Spot With Enyimba, Backs Remo Stars For Title

With only a few games left in the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League season, Enyimba International striker Brown Ideye remains confident that his team can secure a continental ticket, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Despite a challenging start to the season, the People's Elephant have regained momentum and are climbing steadily up the table.

The Super Eagles forward also acknowledged that league leaders Remo Stars are in the strongest position to claim the title.

"For Enyimba, securing a continental spot is achievable. If we win all our remaining home games and get good results away, I believe we can return to the continent," Ideye stated.

"In my opinion, Remo Stars have the best chance of winning the league, but football is unpredictable. The title is theirs to lose," he added.
