NPFL: Kano Pillars Explain Why Abdallah Was Suspended

Kano Pillars' management has explained the reasons behind the suspension of head coach Usman Abdallah, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The suspension was announced on Sunday evening following the team’s draw with Bayelsa United at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano.

The club cited poor performance and Abdallah's inadequate response to the fans as the primary reasons for his suspension.

"After the draw at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Usman’s actions towards the fans were considered inappropriate by the management, prompting the disciplinary action," the club stated.

 "The club remains dedicated to upholding professionalism and nurturing a respectful relationship with its loyal supporters."

Assistant Coach Ahmed Garba Yaro-Yaro will temporarily take over coaching duties, with support from his assistant coaches.
