NPFL: Kano Pillars Interim Coach Explains Defeat To Plateau United

Kano Pillars' interim coach, Ahmed Garba Yaro Yaro, has attributed their 2-1 loss to Plateau United to the absence of a key player, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Despite taking an early lead, the Sai Masu Gida boys were unable to hold on, falling to defeat at the New Jos Stadium.

 “We missed an important player, Rasheed, for this game, and that forced us to make some late changes,” Yaro Yaro explained.

 “However, we will work hard to address our defensive concerns and make the necessary adjustments ahead of our upcoming fixtures.”

Following the loss, Kano Pillars have dropped to eighth place in the NPFL standings.
