NPFL: Katsina United Board Dissolved

Barely a week to the start of the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League season, the Katsina State Government has dissolved the Board of Katsina United, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The State Acting Governor, Faruq Lawal announced the dissolution in a letter signed by the Head of Civil Service, Abubakar Saminu. He further urged the outgoing board to hand over all the necessary documents and properties to the newly appointed team. He disclosed that the decision was taken concerning the report they submitted last season. The newly appointed board is expected to be in action before the start of the new season.
