NPFL; Kwara United Forward Donates Writing Materials To Pupils In Ilorin

Kwara United forward Bernard Ovoke has donated writing materials to a nursery and primary school he adopted in Ilorin Kwara State, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Former Plateau United winger joined the Afonja Warriors this summer ahead of the 2023/2024 Nigeria Premier Football League season.

While donating the materials, Ovoke said it is a way of soliciting support for the team and himself in the coming season and also to motivate the young ones to take to football from that level.

"I consciously found out some of the needs of the schools, especially as it concerns the pupils. That's the realisation that led to this, which will add value to the advancement of teaching and learning here," he said.
