NPFL: Mare's Return Boost Akwa United Attack

Ahead of the match day 18 clash against Heartland FC, the return of Abson Mare has boosted the attacking option of Akwa United, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The lanky forward has been out of action in the past few weeks due to injury and he has missed several games.

The forward took part in the team training on Thursday ahead of the Sunday's clash and he could return for the game.

His return will improve the team attack as they continue to fight for survival in the league.

The Promise Keepers will host Heartland at the Goodswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
