The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has confirmed a new date for the matchday 16 encounter between Nasarawa United and Shooting Stars, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The game, initially slated for Sunday, December 7, has been moved to Monday, December 8, with the Lafia City Stadium remaining the venue.

According to the league body, the decision was communicated to both clubs on Friday, though no specific reason for the shift was disclosed.

Nasarawa United and Shooting Stars played out a 1-1 draw in the same fixture last season, adding extra anticipation ahead of Monday’s rescheduled clash.
