Niger Tornadoes' coach, Mohammed Majin, has voiced his disappointment with his team's performance following their 2-0 loss to Nasarawa United, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The defeat came in the 22nd round of the league, with Majin feeling his players fell short of expectations.

"I'm really surprised that my boys weren't at their best today. Perhaps they underestimated Nasarawa United," Majin said in an interview after the match.

He went on to add, "The result shows that Nasarawa United needed the points more than we did. They came out strong from the first whistle, putting us under immense pressure."

"We conceded an early goal, and before we knew it, it became increasingly difficult to recover as the game progressed," he concluded.
