NPFL: Niger Tornadoes Coach Sets Sights On Continental Ticket

After guiding his team to a 2-0 away victory against Kano Pillars, Niger Tornadoes head coach Mohammed has declared that his main target for the season is to secure a continental ticket, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The impressive win stretched Tornadoes’ unbeaten run to four matches and propelled them to second place on the NPFL table with 17 points.

 “Our target for the season is to clinch one of the continental tickets,” Mohammed said in his post-match interview.

“We have a squad good enough to achieve that goal, provided we remain consistent and avoid injuries.”

The Minna-based side will aim to maintain their fine form when they face Abia Warriors in their next fixture.
