Kano Pillars have secured the services of highly regarded Nigerian tactician Daniel Ogunmodede as their new Head Coach/Technical Adviser ahead of the 2026/2027 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) campaign, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Ogunmodede, widely respected for his tactical discipline and modern coaching philosophy in Nigerian football, arrives in Kano with a strong reputation for team building and competitive consistency.

The appointment marks a significant step in the club’s ambition to return to the summit of the NPFL, with the former Remo Stars handler expected to inject structure, intensity, and renewed winning mentality into the squad.
