NPFL: Player Hold Kwara United Hostage In Aba As LMC Moves Match

According to the report coming from Aba, the Matchday 33 fixture between Enyimba and Kwara United has been shifted, BSNsports.com.ng reports.
The game suffered postponement due to a former player of Kwara United who held the team hostage, asking the club to pay him his outstanding salaries and bonuses they owed him.
The team, on Friday evening was supposed to observe their training at the Enyimba International stadium Aba for the game slated for Saturday afternoon but they were unable to hold the training.
Chairman of Enyimba Felix Anyasi Agwu intervened and the management of the Afonja Warriors has agreed to pay the player the N3 Million he's asking for.
The match has now been rescheduled to hold on Sunday morning.
