NPFL: Remo Stars' Midfielder To Return To Full Training Next Week

Remo Stars midfielder, Tochukwu Michael, will make a return to first team full training next week, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

This happens after he recovered from illness that kept him out off action for close to a month ahead of the 2023/24 Nigeria Premier Football League season, which will kickoff this weekend. 

The left footed centre midfielder joined the Sky Blue Star on a two years deal from Plateau United, during the summer transfer window. And was part of the Daniel Ogunmodede led side that took part during the ValueJet Cup Pre-season Tournament in Ikenne last month. 

Tochukwu will now be returning to full training with the rest of the Remo Stars first Team players next week after their Matchday 1 clash away at Rivers United was postponed. 

Remo Stars are currently among the contenders for the 2023/24 NPFL title alongside Enyimba FC, Rivers United, Rangers Int'l and Akwa United.
