NPFL: Remo Stars Coach Shows His Displeasure To The League Postponements

Daniel Ogunmodede, the head coach of the Nigeria Professional Football League club Remo Stars has shown his displeasure with the back-to-back postponement of the league, BSNSports.com.ng report.

The start of the 2022/2023 NPFL season has suffered numerous postponements from the organiser, the Interim Management Committee.

While speaking to Brila FM on an Instagram chat, the Ijaball as his fondly called by his admirers feels disappointed about the situation.

" We have been preparing for the league and it has been one date or the other.

For me not until the league start, then I can say we start but on my part I have been getting the boys ready.

Professionally and ethically is not good for me and the boys because you can't keep professional players for long with competitions there won't be behavioural patterns, and this is not done.

I'm not comfortable with it but what I don't have control over, I just have to keep the players fit and ready", he said.
