NPFL: Shooting Stars Declare Ismail Ayodele AWOL Over Contract Breach

Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) have declared winger Ismail Ayodele absent without official leave (AWOL) after he failed to report for the club's official activities, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

According to the club, Ayodele, who still has one year remaining on his current contract, has not resumed with the team as expected, a move regarded as a breach of his contractual obligations.

The Ibadan-based club maintained that the player remains under contract and is expected to honour the terms of his agreement.

Shooting Stars are yet to announce any disciplinary action, but the situation is expected to be addressed in line with the club's regulations and the provisions of the player's contract.
