NPFL: Shooting Stars Striker Apologises To Fans

Ahead of the matchday 22 clash against Akwa United, Shooting Stars striker, Sunday Faleye, has tendered an apology to the fans of the club following the not too impressive performance, BSNsports.com.ng gathered.

The Oluyole Warriors were held to a goalless draw by the visiting Gombe United at the Adamasingba stadium and the club was very furious about the outcome.

Faleye was singled out for criticism after his poor display in the match and was alleged to have attacked one of the fans after the match.

He denied attacking any fans and promised that they will be back better in the next match.

" I am tendering apology to the fans of shooting stars, I didn’t hit any fans or did anything wrong to the fans “ but in as much as they angry about the result that’s why i am saying sorry and i promised we will bounce back in a good way from next game," he said.
