Technical Adviser of the Nigeria Professional Football League side Katsina United Usman Abdallah has said they changed strategy to overcome the hard-fighting Abia Warriors, BSNsports.com.ng gathered.
The Chanji Boys have rallied back from a goal down to secure maximum points against Imama Amapakabo led Warriors.
During a post-match conference, Abdallah said the changes made in the first half were not because the players are not doing well but they needed to mount more pressure on the attack
" We conceded an early goal which gave us a lot of pressure, change we made in the first half was not because the players are not doing well, we did that to change a strategy, we are playing at home and we need to mount a little bit of force in the attack.
The moment we made the changes you can see how we pile pressure and get the equalizer and the winning goal.
The most important thing is the three points, it doesn't matter what we do to get the three points and we have to work hard and get the points," he said.
