NPFL: We Played Better, We Deserved More Against Remo Stars- Finidi George

The coach of Rivers United, Finidi George, said they deserved more than the draw they got against Remo Stars, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

After a shocking home loss to Bayelsa United last weekend, the Pride of Rivers required a sound result to recover from the defeat.

But they could only get a draw against the Sky Blue Boys. The former coach of the Super Eagles said, they had chances but failed to take them.

 " I think it was a good game; I think it was one of our best games; we had chances, but we couldn't take them".

 " The players did so well in the game, reflecting more on the game we deserved more than the draw in the game because we created most of the chances", he said.

Rivers United will hope to continue their resurgence when they host Abia Warriors this weekend.
