NPFL: We Won’t Stop Until We Improve – Sunshine Stars Coach

Sunshine Stars head coach, Bobola Akinfolarin, has vowed that his team will not relent in their efforts until they become a stronger and more consistent side, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Akure Gunners secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over visiting Akwa United in a Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) matchday 24 encounter held in Ikenne on Saturday.

Akinfolarin praised his players for their dedication and resilience throughout the game.

 "We will continue to work on the lapses we identify after each match," he said.

"We kept a clean sheet and secured maximum points today because we took time to analyze our defensive weaknesses, especially in conceding goals.

 "We worked on it, and it paid off today. We won’t stop until we get better," he added.

Sunshine Stars will look to build on this positive result as the season progresses.
