NPFL 2022/2023 Season Champions To Get N100 Million

The Chairman of the Interim Management Committee( IMC) Hon. Gbenga Elegbeleye has confirmed the prize money for the winner of the 2022/2023 Nigeria Professional Football League season, BSNSports.com.ng understand.

While speaking on a sports show on Kennis Radio on Monday morning, the former Director General of the Nigeria Sports Commission confirmed that the winner will get N100 million as a cash reward.

"They promised to give last season's winner ( Rivers United) N50 million which they are yet to pay till now.

We don't want to promise what we cannot do, the winner of the 2022/2023 season will get N100 million as a cash prize", he said.

The draws for the new season have been scheduled for Wednesday 28th of December at Sandralia Hotel in Abuja by 2 pm.
