NPFL 2023/2024 Season Gets Kick-Off Date

Barring any last-minute change, the 2023/2024 Nigeria Premier Football League has gotten a kick-off date, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The league was initially slated to kick off in late August but was shifted due to logistics reasons.

According to one of the key men in the organisation of the league Godwin Enakena on Monday confirmed the kick-off date of the league.

He made it clear that the league will commence on the 1st of October, 2023 and each participating club will get 10 million naira as a take-off grant.

Enyimba International is currently the defending champions of the league after they clinched the Super Six title in Lagos.
