NPFL 24: Kano Pillars Stumble In Gombe

By Sampson Adedeji

Doma United continued their good performance at home on Saturday with another win against Kano Pillars at the Pantami Stadium, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Since the start of the season, the Savannah Tigers have been one of the strongest teams at home with 5 consecutive wins.

They hosted Pillars on Saturday afternoon in the opening day of the match day 13 of the league and secured a slim 1-0 victory.

The lone strike was scored by Emmanuel Ekpeyong in the 11th minute of the encounter and all the efforts of the away side to level up proved abortive. The win was enough to return the club to the zenith of the log pending the outcome of today's results.
