NPFL 24: Lobi Stars' Kumaga Excited to Score First League Goal

Lobi Stars youngster and utility player, Suur Kumaga has expressed excitement after scoring his first goal of the season in the Nigeria Premier Football League, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Kumaga, on Thursday bagged a Man of the Match award in Lobi Stars' victory over Niger Tornadoes following his outstanding performance in the North Central derby in Lafia, Nasarawa State.  

Presenting the award to the youngster on behalf of the Hon Commissioner, Coach Finbar Yanmelu congratulated Kumaga for his display. 

While urging him to sustain the attitude, Finbar appreciated the goodwill of the Youths, Sports and Creativity Commissioner, Rt. Hon. Terkimbi Ikyange as part of his contribution to helping inspire the players to produce more good results to stand a good chance on the league table.

Responding shortly after receiving the award, Kumaga said he was glad his first goal of the season played a vital role in earning his club's victory.  

While thanking Rt. Hon Ikyange for his benevolence, he prayed for more blessings from God upon him and the team.
