NPFL 25: Abia Warriors Secures First Away Win In Benin

Sunday Megwo's lone strike has earned Abia Warriors their first-ever win over Bendel Insurance and their first away win of the season, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The Umu Chineke lads got the better of the Benin Arsenals in a match day nine 2024/2025 NPFL encounter. 

Following this win, Abia Warriors have moved up to 4th in the NPFL table pending the results from Sunday's games.

In Katsina, Niger Tornadoes continued their fine away form after a 1-1 draw with Katsina United. 

Despite Papa Daniel's 41st-minute strike, the hosts restored parity in the second half to salvage a draw at home. 

Other match day nine fixtures will continue across different centres in the country.
