NPFL 25: Dogo Shifts Attention To Kano Pillars Clash

Kabiru Dogo of Nasarawa United said he has shifted focus to the match day 9 NPFL clash with Kano Pillars, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Dogo, who stated this in his post-match reactions after their narrow 1-0 loss to Sunshine Stars hailed his players for their wonderful display.

 "It's not a good result for us, however, I am proud of the team's effort. I congratulate Sunshine Stars on the win, even though very tight.

"We will regroup and focus on our next game at home against Kano Pillars on Sunday where I believe we will bounce back stronger. Our focus remains on achieving our Season's goals."

With the result, the Solid Miners have dropped to 13th position from eight games with 9 points, while Sunshine Stars moved up to 4th position with 13 points.

The Solid Miners will next host fellow northern team Ahmed Musa's Kano Pillars on match-day 9 at the Lafia City Stadium, with 4pm as kickoff time.
